"Exceptional Customer Service!"

I woke up yesterday to a massive amount of water that had spread through my house due to my hot water heater bursting in the night. I was in a bit of a panic when I called Texas Plumbing Repair however the person I spoke to was so kind and sympathetic and yet very professional. He had a crew at my door within 15 minutes of my call and he also contacted a restoration company and they were at my home with in 2 hours to start the water remission. The guys that put in the new tank were great and answered any questions I had and explained everything to me without talking down to me (which happens far to often to women). If you have an emergency this is definitely the company to call however, with good customer service lacking in so many businesses these days, Texas Plumbing Repair is the company I recommend to call for all plumbing needs.

It turned out to be a job best suited for my sprinkler guy because of other related issues with my system.
